Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking. By confirming a reservation with Kristina Persiko Bridal Beauty, you agree to the conditions set out below.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the booking and provision of bridal makeup and hairstyling services by Kristina Persiko (“the Artist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating as a professional bridal beauty artist based in Sorrento, Italy. By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you (“the Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Agreement to Terms
By making a booking — whether in person, by telephone, by WhatsApp, by email, or through our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kristina Persiko.
If you are booking on behalf of another person (for example, as a wedding planner or parent), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have been made aware of them.

Services Offered
Kristina Persiko provides the following professional bridal and beauty services across the Amalfi Coast region:
- Bridal makeup — including skin preparation, application, and fixation
- Bridal hairstyling — including all updo, wave, and accessory styles
- Bridal makeup and hairstyle combined (complete bundle)
All services are provided on-location at the client’s chosen hotel, villa, or venue within the agreed service area. Services are not provided at a fixed studio location. We reserve the right to decline any booking that, in our professional judgement, we cannot fulfil to our standard of quality.

Booking & Deposit
A booking is not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of EUR 100 has been received and a written booking confirmation has been issued by Kristina Persiko via email or WhatsApp.
Until the deposit is received, your requested date remains available to other clients and cannot be held on your behalf. We strongly advise submitting your deposit as soon as possible — particularly for peak season dates between May and September, which fill many months in advance.
What the deposit covers
- Reservation of your wedding date in our calendar
- Time allocated for consultation, planning, and pre-wedding communication
- Administrative preparation for your booking
By paying the deposit, you confirm that the booking details provided — including the date, location, and services requested — are accurate to the best of your knowledge at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash (EUR), and PayPal. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are quoted and payable in Euros (EUR).

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties, reflecting the time and planning that goes into every booking.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to kristinapersiko@inbox.lv or via WhatsApp message. The date and time of receipt of the written notice determines which refund tier applies.
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive wedding insurance that covers the cost of supplier cancellations. This protects you in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or changes to wedding plans.
Cancellation by Kristina Persiko
In the rare and unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to illness, injury, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange a qualified substitute artist of equivalent skill and experience. If no suitable replacement can be found, a full refund of all payments received — including the deposit — will be issued within 14 days.

Rescheduling
We understand that wedding plans sometimes change. Requests to reschedule your booking to a new date will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the original appointment date
- The deposit will be transferred to the new date if rescheduling is requested with 30 or more days’ notice
- Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 30 days’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy above will apply
- Only one rescheduling per booking will be permitted without additional charge
- If the new date falls in a higher-demand period, any difference in service fee will be payable
We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability on a specific alternative date. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you anticipate a change to your plans.

Trial Sessions
All services are delivered on-location at the client’s hotel, villa, or wedding venue. The following conditions apply to all on-location appointments:
Travel and service area
- Travel fees for services within the core Amalfi Coast region (Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and surrounding areas) are included in the service fee
- Travel to Capri, Ischia, or locations outside the standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be agreed in advance
- Travel fees for additional team members are charged separately and will be confirmed at the time of booking
Working conditions
- The client is responsible for ensuring that a suitable, well-lit working space is available at the appointment location (minimum 1.5m x 1.5m floor area per artist)
- Natural or bright artificial lighting is preferred for makeup application; we will always make the best use of available conditions
- Access to a power outlet is required for hairstyling equipment
- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unsuitable working conditions at the appointment location
Timing
- Appointment start times are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing
- We will always arrive promptly; where possible, we arrive 10–15 minutes early to set up
- If the client or bridal party is not ready to begin at the agreed start time, we will do our best to work within the available time, but cannot guarantee completion if the appointment runs significantly over schedule
- Any significant extension to the agreed appointment duration may be charged at EUR 100 per hour

Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible result and a smooth appointment, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the requested services, wedding date, location, and number of people to be styled at the time of booking
- Notify us promptly of any changes to the booking details, including changes to the venue, start time, or number of people
- Share inspiration images, references, and accessory details in advance of any trial or appointment where relevant
- Follow the pre-wedding skin and hair preparation guide provided upon booking, to ensure the best possible result on the day
- Disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before the appointment — see Section 10
- Arrive at the appointment with clean, dry hair (unless otherwise advised) and a freshly cleansed face
- Ensure that any hair accessories, veils, tiaras, or hairpieces to be used on the wedding day are available at the trial session
- Settle the remaining balance by the agreed due date
We cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow these responsibilities, including inadequate preparation, undisclosed health conditions, or inaccurate booking information.

Health & Skin Concerns
The health and comfort of every client is of the utmost importance. The following conditions apply in relation to health and skin concerns:
- The client must disclose any known skin conditions, allergies (including cosmetic or fragrance allergies), medical conditions, or current medications that may affect the suitability of products or techniques before the appointment
- Failure to disclose known allergies or medical conditions that result in an adverse reaction releases Kristina Persiko from all liability in relation to that reaction
- Where the client discloses a skin concern or allergy, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate it by selecting appropriate products; however, we cannot guarantee that reactions will not occur
- In the event of an adverse reaction during the appointment, we will stop the application immediately and take appropriate action
- We reserve the right to refuse service or modify our approach if, in our professional judgement, a client’s skin or health condition makes it unsafe or inadvisable to proceed
- All products used are professional-grade and high-quality; ingredient lists are available upon request for any product in our kit

Photography & Image Use
We take great pride in our work and occasionally use images of our brides (with permission) for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.
The following conditions apply:
- We will always ask for your explicit permission before using any photographs of you on our social media, website, or other public-facing materials
- You may withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting us in writing — we will remove the relevant images within a reasonable timeframe
- Any images shared by you on social media that tag or mention Kristina Persiko may be reshared to our professional accounts; we will always credit the photographer where known
- We are not responsible for the terms or policies of third-party social media platforms on which images are shared
- Where you choose to share images of our work publicly, we would be grateful for a credit or tag — although this is entirely voluntary and not a condition of our services
Wedding photographers and videographers working at the same event operate under their own independent contracts and terms. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or ownership of images taken by third parties.

Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to deliver a high-quality, professional service, our liability is subject to the following limitations:
- Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service to which the claim relates
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses — including loss of enjoyment, distress, or costs arising from events beyond our control
- We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by traffic, transport disruption, extreme weather, illness, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control (see Section 13 — Force Majeure)
- We are not liable for damage to personal property (including clothing, veils, or accessories) during an appointment, unless caused by our direct negligence
- We are not liable for the actions, quality, or availability of any third-party supplier recommended by us
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather events, or acts of God
- Epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency declared by a relevant authority
- War, civil unrest, terrorism, or government-imposed restrictions or travel bans
- Strikes, industrial action, or transport network failures
- Serious illness or injury of Kristina Persiko or an immediate family member
- Failure of third-party utilities or infrastructure (including power or internet outages)
In the event of a force majeure situation affecting our ability to perform, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, explain the circumstances, and make every reasonable effort to find an alternative solution — including proposing a replacement artist where feasible. Where no alternative is possible and a full service cannot be delivered, we will discuss a fair and proportionate resolution with you on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Kristina Persiko website — including text, photography (where taken or commissioned by us), graphic design, and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of Kristina Persiko and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
The techniques, artistic methods, and looks developed and executed by Kristina Persiko remain the professional property of the Artist. Clients are welcome to share photographs of their completed look on personal social media, but may not sell or commercially exploit images for purposes unrelated to their personal wedding.
Any written content, guides, or preparation materials provided to you as part of your booking are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed to third parties without our consent.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or any booking made with Kristina Persiko shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
Where the client is a consumer residing in the European Union, they retain any mandatory consumer protection rights provided under the laws of their country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
We genuinely hope that any concerns can be resolved through open, friendly communication before any formal steps are considered. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly — we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.

Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page, with the effective date clearly displayed at the top.
For existing bookings, the Terms in force at the time the booking deposit was paid will continue to apply, unless we have notified you of a material change and you have agreed in writing to the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for any new bookings made after that date.
