My Story And How It Began
“I fell in love with weddings for the feeling in the room, the calm before the ceremony, and the trust a bride places in your hands.”
I’m Kristina Persiko, and I was born in Latvia. From a young age I loved beauty, detail, and making people feel good about themselves. I trained as a makeup artist and hair stylist, and spent years learning my craft properly, working with all kinds of skin and hair before my first bride. Italy drew me in slowly and then completely. I moved to Sorrento, fell for the light and the sea, and found my place among the cliffs and lemon groves of the Amalfi Coast. Since 2019 I’ve specialised in destination weddings here, and I can’t imagine doing this work anywhere else in the whole world. Over the years I’ve built a small, trusted team, and together we’ve cared for brides from the USA, the UK, Russia, and all across Europe and Asia. Every wedding is different, but the heart of it stays the same. I want you to feel relaxed, beautiful, and completely like yourself when you walk towards the people you love.

My Journey So Far, Briefly
A few of the moments that shaped how I work today, from my first training to a busy season on the Amalfi Coast.

Where it started
I trained formally as a makeup artist and hair stylist in Latvia, learning the fundamentals of skin, colour, and
styling, and practising on every face and hair type I could.

Learning the craft
I spent several years working events and photoshoots, building speed and confidence, and discovering that bridal work was the part I loved far more than anything else.

Moving to Italy
I made the leap and moved to Sorrento, drawn by the coast, the light, and the romance of Italian weddings. I started building a new life and business from scratch here.

Specialising in brides
From 2019 I focused entirely on destination bridal beauty, learning the venues, the climate, and exactly how to make hair and makeup last through a long Amalfi Coast wedding day.

As word spread and bookings grew, I brought together a small, trusted team of artists, so we could care for the bride and her whole party with the same attention.

How I Work With You
From your first message to your final dance, here is how the process usually unfolds. Every step is personal, organised, and designed to keep your wedding planning calm.

First contact
You reach out via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram, and tell me about your wedding, your date, and your venue. I reply personally within twenty-four hours, in English, Italian, or Russian, to start the conversation.

The consultation
We talk through your vision, your dress, your skin and hair, and the look you have in mind. Inspiration photos are very welcome, and together we shape a clear plan for your wedding day.

The trial
Before the wedding we meet for a full trial. We test the look, the comfort, and how well it lasts, then adjust together until it feels completely and entirely like you.

Final details
As the day approaches, we confirm timings, locations, and the schedule for you and your party. I send a simple preparation guide, so your skin and hair are in the best possible condition.

Wedding day
I come to you early, on time, and fully prepared. The atmosphere stays calm and joyful, with care given to every detail, so you arrive at the ceremony feeling radiant and relaxed.

Through the day
I can stay close for touch-ups, a second look for the reception, or help with your veil and dress. I am there to support you right through to the final dance.

Most brides plan from abroad – usually six to twelve months ahead. If your question isn’t here, message me directly on WhatsApp. I reply within 24 hours, in English, Italian, or Russian.
Do I need a trial before my wedding?
Yes – trials are strongly recommended. A bridal makeup and hair trial lets you confirm the look, test longevity and comfort, and avoid surprises on the wedding day. If you have to choose only one, prioritise the makeup trial.
How far in advance should I book?
Most brides book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak summer dates. Early booking ensures your date is secured and gives us time for a relaxed consultation and trial.
Can you do makeup and hair for my bridal party and family?
Yes, absolutely. Together with my team of professional artists, we take care of not only the bride but also bridesmaids, mothers, and guests – so everyone feels calm, beautiful, and ready for the day.
What areas do you cover?
I cover the entire Amalfi Coast: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Ischia, Maiori, Minori, and Vietri sul Mare. Travel is included in all bridal packages.
Is bridal makeup suitable for hot weather and humidity?
Yes. All products are chosen for heat and humidity resistance. My makeup is designed to last up to 12 hours through a full summer wedding day on the Amalfi Coast.
Can you recreate a look from inspiration photos?
Absolutely. During our consultation I encourage you to bring as many inspiration photos as you like. I’ll discuss what’s achievable for your skin type and features, and we’ll refine it at the trial.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, Italian, and Russian – making communication easy for international brides planning from abroad.
Do you offer a second look for the reception?
Yes. Optional touch-up services are available for the cocktail hour, evening photos, or a second look for the reception. I can stay through to the final dance.
