I’m Kristina Persiko, a professional bridal hair stylist based in Sorrento, working right across the whole Amalfi Coast. Originally from Latvia, I have specialised in destination weddings since 2019, helping brides from all around the world feel calm, confident, and beautifully themselves.
I work in English, Italian, and Russian, and I come to your villa, hotel, or wedding venue fully equipped. Together with my lovely team, I style hair for the bride, bridesmaids, mothers, and guests, so absolutely everyone looks and feels their very best.

How To Prepare Your Hair For The Wedding
A little preparation makes a big difference to how your style looks and holds. Follow these simple tips in the days before your wedding for the best possible result.

Wash your hair the day before
Clean hair styled the day before holds better than freshly washed hair, which can be too soft and slippery to shape and pin securely.

Skip heavy oils and serums
Avoid rich oils or leave-in serums on the morning itself, as they weigh hair down and stop curls and updos from holding.

Arrive with dry, brushed hair
Please come with hair fully dry and gently brushed through, with no tangles, clips, or product build-up, so we can start styling straight away.

Mention extensions in advance
If you plan to wear your own hair extensions, please let me know in advance so I can prepare your hairstyle accordingly. Hair extensions are not provided.

Most brides plan from abroad – usually six to twelve months ahead. If your question isn’t here, message me directly on WhatsApp. I reply within 24 hours, in English, Italian, or Russian.
Do I need a trial before my wedding?
Yes – trials are strongly recommended. A bridal makeup and hair trial lets you confirm the look, test longevity and comfort, and avoid surprises on the wedding day. If you have to choose only one, prioritise the makeup trial.
Can you style hair for my bridal party and family?
Yes. Together with my professional team, I style hair for your bridesmaids, mothers, and guests on the
wedding day. Everyone feels calm, confident, and beautiful alongside you, and the whole morning stays
relaxed and on schedule.
How long does bridal hairstyling take on the day?
Bridal hairstyling usually takes around sixty to ninety minutes, depending on your hair type and the
complexity of the chosen style. I always build in more than enough time, so the morning never feels
rushed or stressful.
Do you work with all hair types and lengths?
Yes. My bridal hairstyling is fully customised for all different hair types, textures, and lengths. If you’d like a little extra length or some volume, I’m always happy to recommend and apply quality hair extensions for you.
What areas of the Amalfi Coast do you cover?
I provide on-location bridal hairstyling throughout Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Ischia, Maiori, Minori, and Vietri sul Mare. I come to your private villa, hotel, or wedding venue, and travel within the whole region is always included.
Can you recreate a hairstyle from my inspiration photos?
Yes, your inspiration photos are very welcome and genuinely helpful for our planning together. The final chosen style is always adapted to suit your own hair type, face shape, dress, veil, and the warm coastal climate really beautifully.
Are hair extensions included with the hair styling?
Hair extensions are not included, but I’m very happy to recommend exactly the right ones for your own chosen look. If you’d like extra length or volume, I can then carefully apply them for you on the wedding day.
What languages do you speak with international brides?
I speak English, Italian, and Russian fluently. This lets me communicate easily with all my international destination brides and plan out every detail clearly, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from our very first contact right through to your wedding day.
